Tickets Terms of Purchase  

 

Go2fete.com is a third party ticketing service. We do not operate these events and cannot control unforeseen circumstances which may occur before or at an event. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as this is a binding contract between yourself and Go2fete.com. By marking the Terms & Condition agreement and by completing your transaction you are agreeing to the terms of purchase.

Ticket fees

 

Ticket fees are 2.5% + $1.25 of ticket price + Card processing fee of 2.9% + $0.50 of the ticket price.
(Go2fete caps all service fees at $10 and if the ticket is $5 or less we charge $.25 + the credit card processing fee)

 

Refund Policy

 

All sales are final. There are no refunds, no cancellations, no credits, no exchanges, and no transfers after the order has been made. Unforeseen circumstances beyond Go2fete.com control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions, natural disasters & disease pandemics , waiting in lines, vehicle parking,family and medical emergencies.

Promoters, Venue owners, Security and Event Staff have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion, including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security restrictions. Ticket holder is aware that the Venue and Talent are subject to change. Ticket holder is aware that amenities promised by promoters are not guaranteed by Go2fete.com and are not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: VIP amenities, drink specials, gifts, express entry, special areas, Parking, and celebrity guests.

 

Canceled Events

 

If the event is canceled you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket, service fee, shipping, and other fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. If the service fee is not listed, it may be embedded into the price of the ticket. To inquire about the amount of an embedded service fee, please contact customer support by clicking the Contact Us link at the bottom of the website and use our online message system to send a message to Customer Support. Tickets purchased using the online checkout are refunded by go2fete.com. Tickets purchased at a retail outlet must be refunded at the retail outlet.

 

Postponed Events

 

If the event is postponed, you are eligible for a refund for the face value of the ticket, however you must submit an e-mail inquiry within five business days of the originally scheduled event requesting a refund, and mail any hard tickets back to Go2fete.com, or to the event producer. The tickets must be received five days before the newly scheduled event in order to receive a refund, failure to do so will waive your right to a refund. Tickets purchased at a retail outlet must be refunded at the retail outlet.

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND BILLING INFORMATION VERIFICATION

 

If You do not receive an email confirmation of Your purchase after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is Your responsibility to confirm with Us whether or not Your order has been placed by contacting Our customer support  Only You may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process.  Go2fete.com will not be responsible for such losses (whether monetary or otherwise). Orders are processed only after the relevant billing information has been verified.

 

Event Restrictions

 

Some Events listed on Our Site may have certain restrictions. For example, some Events will only admit people over twenty-one (21) years of age or must have a certain affiliation, such as being a student at a particular educational institution, or must meet certain hardware or software requirements for streamed Events. It is Your responsibility to determine if a particular Event restriction applies to You (and Your party, if applicable) and to fulfill all criteria in order to gain admittance. No refunds will be given if You are access entry to an Event due to such a restriction.

 

Ticket Limit

 

You may be limited to a certain number of tickets for each Event. The Event listing will contain the maximum number of tickets available to each purchaser, and this number will be verified for each transaction. This policy is intended to discourage other purchasers from engaging in unfair trade practices. If We learn that You are purchasing more than the pre-determined number of tickets for an Event and engaging in practices that We, in Our sole discretion, determine to be unfair, We will terminate Your account and cancel Your ticket purchase without prior notice to You.

 

Event Admittance

 

You understand that You must bring printed tickets and/or the confirmation information (Qr codes on mobile app or email) with You to the in-person Event. Additionally, while not all Events require identification, on some occasions, government-issued identification will be required by the EVA. For this reason, We recommend that You bring a valid and current government-issued photo identification ("ID") with You to the in-person Event. When arriving at an Event(including when accessing a streamed Event), there will only be one entry or access permitted per ticket. If there are multiple parties attempting to enter or access the Event using the same ticket, with respect to in-person Events, only the first party that arrived with the ticket will be admitted, and, with respect to streamed Events, only the first party to access the Event with the ticket will be admitted..

 

Print-at-Home

 

Print-At-Home tickets must be presented at the event. To print out your ticket, please visit your My tickets on your profile page or email sent to you or the ticket buyer. You may also present your Print-At-Home ticket using a smart phone and visiting your account purchase history. Duplicate tickets or QR Codes may be refused on entry.

Release of Liability

Go2fete.com is not affiliated with the events or event sponsors and Go2fete.com will not cover losses or damages arising from your voluntary participation in the events, including claims for personal injury, or damage to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on the part of the events or event sponsors. By purchasing the tickets through Go2fete.com, you hereby release and forever discharge Go2fete.com, and its officers and agents, from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance and participation at the events. It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your participation in the events shall not be construed as an assumption on the part of Go2fete.com of responsibility, liability, or control of the events.
