Mount Carmel Falls, Grenada
Price: XCD $250/ USD $95
This November, step away from the everyday and into Grenada’s lush interior for a special Flower Festival edition of Nature Spa.
Nature Spa: In Full Bloom is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply and experience some of the natural beauty that makes Grenada so special. Spend the day surrounded by rainforest and flowing water as we explore the flowers and botanicals growing all around us and discover the beautiful ways they have been used to nourish, soothe and care for us.
We'll welcome you with tropical fruits before settling beside the river for an interactive botanical skincare experience with Sheba Augustine, founder of Grenadian all-natural skincare brand OMI Skincare. You'll discover the skincare benefits of Grenadian flowers and botanicals before enjoying a natural riverside facial ritual inspired by the island itself.
Then, follow the aroma of lunch cooking fireside as Chef Joachim Joseph, Grenadian Culinary Ambassador, prepares a mouth-watering flavourful plant-based Caribbean feast. Pull up close, ask questions, lend a hand if you'd like, and discover a little more about the local ingredients and flavours on your plate.
And because sometimes wellness is simply having nowhere else you need to be, we'll leave plenty of space for you to enjoy the falls your way. Take a swim beneath the waterfall, find your favourite spot beside the river, dip your feet into the cool water, laugh, connect, or simply lie back and listen to the rainforest.
Your In Full Bloom experience includes:
Welcome tropical fruits
Seasonal local juice
Interactive Grenadian flowers & botanicals skincare session with OMI Skincare founder Sheba Augustine

A Few Things to Know Before You Bloom
Getting There
Guests are welcome to make their own way to Mount Carmel Falls. If you'd prefer to leave the driving to us, Nature Spa can also help arrange shared transportation at an additional cost. Transportation details and pricing will be shared with interested guests ahead of the experience.
The Walk to the Falls
Part of the magic is getting there! The walk to the falls is relatively easy and takes you through the natural landscape. Depending on the route and conditions on the day, you may need to cross a shallow section of the river and navigate a small hill or incline. We recommend comfortable footwear that you don't mind getting a little wet.
What to Bring
Come dressed for a relaxed day in nature. We recommend bringing your swimsuit, towel, comfortable walking shoes or water-friendly footwear, sun protection, insect repellent, enough water for the day, and a change of clothes if you'd like one. And, of course, bring your sense of adventure.
Food, Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Our lunch is plant-based and prepared with lots of love and local flavour. After booking, you'll receive a guest registration form where you can tell us about any food allergies or dietary requirements. We are happy to accommodate allergies wherever possible and appreciate having this information at least 2 days in advance so our team can prepare thoughtfully.
Weather & Nature
Nature Spa happens outdoors, and part of the experience is embracing Grenada's natural environment in all its beauty. A little tropical rain can be part of the magic! If weather or river conditions make it unsafe to proceed as planned, we'll be in touch with registered guests regarding any necessary adjustments.
Most importantly, you don't need to be an adventurer or an experienced hiker to enjoy the day. Come prepared to get your feet a little wet, take your time, and let us take care of the rest.
