The preliminary rounds of the 6th Annual Courts OECS Reading Competition

The preliminary rounds of the 6^th Annual Courts OECS Reading Competition continued today, 16^th September at the National Stadium and featured the students of District 5 (St. George’s 2)

The day’s participants were as follows:

• Diandra Ventour                   Beaulieu R. C School
• Shinia Bonaparte                  St. George’s SDA
• Nasha Toussaint                    South St. George Gov’t
• Wynnade Garraway              Beaulieu New Testament School
• Wazerah Lessey                     Uganda Matyr’s R.C School
• Tyler Telesford                      Constantine Methodist

At the end of the day’s proceeding the students topping the first round were as follows;

• Diandra Ventour                    Beaulieu R. C School – 256 points
• Shinia Bonaparte                   St. George’s SDA – 245 points
