Rastafarian Roots to Bar Experience
Experience unique Tri-Island Chocolate Roots-to-bar trail. You will connect with the Rastafarian cocoa farmers and community elders from St. Andrews parish. Learn about permaculture cocoa farming, Grenadian spice trees and Beekeeping. Enjoy an ITAL snack from the earth by the river and participate in an interactive spiritual drumming session. You will depart the trail enhanced, cultured and renewed. (Wear walking shoes, sunblock, repellent, hat, preferably long pants, bring drinking water). This event takes place on Saturday, 2nd May from 9:00am to 12:00pm.
Make Your Own Chocolate Bar
Make your own Chocolate at the new Tri-Island Chocolate Factory on May 2nd from 1:15pm to 3:15pm.
Opening Party
Enjoy delicious cocoa inspired dishes and drinks, live music, craft vendors, arts and lots of chocolate. Meet Grenada’s cocoa farmers, chocolatiers and local personalities and enjoy a night of Pure Chocolate Fun. This event starts at 6:00pm on Saturday, May 2nd.
Make Chocolate like an Aztec
Make Chocolate like an Aztec, Metate Style. Hear the story of how the Aztec made their chocolate and learn to grind the cocoa in a traditional Mexican Metate (pre-Columbian grinding stone). This event takes place on May 3rd from 9:00am to 11:00am.
Cooking with Chocolate workshop
Learn to cook a delicious chocolate themed lunch with local star cooks Esther and Omega. This event starts on Sunday May 3rd from 11:30am to 2:00pm.
Mini Chocolate Salon & Cocktails, Music, Art and Chocolate at the Tower
Taste chocolates made by local, regional and international chocolatiers and hear about the inspiration behind each bar. Savour a mouth watering chocolate inspired dinner at one of Grenada’s most charming historic homes owned by the Slinger Family. This event happens on Sunday May 3rd from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.
Honouring our Cocoa Traditions
Join the staff at Belmont Estate, one of the oldest cocoa farms on the island, in honouring our cocoa traditions. Learn about and participate in the entire tree-to-bar process right at the estate. Join us as we honour our cocoa roots and make your own cocoa balls for delicious cocoa tea; participate in cocoa dancing and walking; turn your hand at making a cocoa basket; make your own chocolate covered snacks with produce from the estate, and have fun making and flying a Cocoa-ree Kite. (Wear walking shoes, sunblock, repellent, hat, preferably long pants, bring drinking water). The event happens on Monday May 4th from 10:30am to 4:00pm.

Crayfish Bay Organic Cocoa Farm Chocolate Experience & Visit House of Chocolate
Meet Kim and Lylette and experience how, on a low budget, you can make beautiful Tree-to-Bar chocolate at a farm, hands on cocoa harvesting, fermenting, drying, toasting and make a simple and delicious chocolate, combined with a farmer-style lunch. Visit the house of chocolate and learn about the history of chocolate in Grenada. The event starts at 9:00am to 1:30pm on Tuesday, May 5th.
Chocolate Charity Dinner, fashion show and charity auction
Enjoy a sumptuous chocolate infused dinner at the Caribbean Chic Mount Cinnamon Resort restaurant. All profits go to the Grenada Community Library. The dinner starts at 6:30pm on Tuesday, May 5th.

Party to live music at the West Indies Brewery trying their special Chocolate Beer and Pop Up House of Chocolate Café. The event starts at 7:00pm on May 4th.
