Flow apologizes for broadband service outages
St. George’s, Grenada – Flow has issued an apology to customers who may have been affected by broadband outages today.
An unplanned interruption to the national power supply impacted some key components of their network, and auxiliary back-up systems took longer to initiate than normal. Flow is currently reviewing these systems to avoid any similar occurrence in the future.
Flow remains committed to keeping customers connected during these unprecedented times and to providing the best possible service experience for customers.
Flow has announced plans to operate a Virtual Retail Store, which will have the capacity to deal with most service requirements including upgrading services, account queries, fault reports and general information on online payment options. More details on when this service will be activated will be available via the company’s online website at www.discoverflow.co/grenada and via its social media channels.
