At Mt. Parnassus Plantation our traditional plantation breakfast is a rich and comforting morning meal that reflects the heart of Grenada’s Caribbean culture.  Our cultural breakfast includes roast coconut bakes, saltfish souse, a steaming cup of cocoa tea made from locally grown Grenada Cocoa – a taste of your grandmother’s kitchen.  Together, these dishes form a traditional plantation breakfast which is hearty, soulful and deeply satisfying, embodying the essence of a Caribbean breakfast and the farm-to-table flavors that fueled generations of Grenadians.
