CARIBBEAN CINEMA. CURATED BY US, FOR YOU. COME FEEL THE HYPE!

From October 18–25, 2026, the 12°N, 61°W Grenada Film Festival returns for Season 8, bringing independent cinema, filmmakers, and fresh creative energy to Movie Palace, Grand Anse.

This year's theme, ROOTS: What We Inherit, explores what shapes us:  family, identity, migration, culture, and belonging- what we carry, what we preserve, what we pass forward.    This is more than a movie night. It’s a week to see ourselves on screen, discover stories from across the Caribbean and beyond, and connect with the people creating them.

What to Expect

→ Film Screenings: Discover independent films rarely seen on Grenadian screens.

→ Filmmaker Encounters: Meet directors, actors, and creators through lively conversations and audience Q&As.

→ Creative Connections: Enjoy workshops, cultural encounters and relaxed opportunities to connect throughout festival week.

Choose your screenings, secure your tickets, and start building your Season 8 experience right here on Go2Fete.  Don’t just hear about it—be there. Come feel the hype!
